1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the product must be unused, undamaged and returned with its original packaging, invoice and any accessories.
2. How to Return
- Contact us at [email protected] or through your account to start a return request.
- Pack the product securely with its original packaging and invoice.
- Send the parcel using the shipping method we provide or advise.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.
3. Non-Returnable Products
In accordance with applicable law, the following may not be eligible for return unless defective:
- Products prepared to your personal specifications or clearly personalised
- Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life
- Hygiene-sensitive products whose protective packaging has been opened (cosmetics, underwear, etc.)
- Digital content delivered electronically and downloaded software
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product.
- The time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour or product, you may request an exchange subject to stock availability. If the value differs, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within a reasonable time. In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by us, and you may choose a replacement, repair or refund in line with your statutory rights.
